She started her own catering business while working towards both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. Chef Tay is an experienced and talented private chef with a passion for food, namely Soul food, Spanish and Caribbean recipes passed down from elders of her community. She is dedicated to refining her craft along with providing tasty menu items for the public to consume!
